New Music: Rick Ross f/ Diddy & French Montana – ‘Nobody’

Rick Ross channels the Notorious B.I.G. on his remake of the rap legend’s 1997 Life After Death album cut “You’re Nobody (Til Somebody Kills You),” which is set to appear on his album Mastermind. Diddy, who co-produced the original song, lends his production skills and an intro, while French Montana holds down the hook.

 “The goal for Mastermind was to create a classic album,” said Puff, who also serves as the album’s co-executive producer. “Once we put all our superpowers together we knew there was nothing stopping us from accomplishing our goal.” Due March 4, Mastermind also features Kanye West, Big Sean, Lil Wayne, and The Weeknd. Listen now to Rick Ross' brand new single "The Devil Is A Lie" featuring Jay-Z. The track is the official second single from Rick Ross' upcoming sixth studio album "Mastermind". The album should have come out this week but it's been pushed back to the first quarter of 2014. "The Devil Is A Lie" is the second Rick and Jay collaboration this year, and the Teflon Don featured on Hov's "F**kWitMeYouKnowIGotIt’" from "Magna Carta".

Rick Ross is the executive producer of his new album "Mastermind", and has turned to DJ Khaled, J.U.S.T.I.C.E League, and Dr. Rich, to name a few, for production help. The album's first single "No Games" may have pretty much tanked on the charts, but considering it's Jay-Z the guest on "The Devil Is A Lie", the chart and commercial success of the second single is definitely guaranteed. You can bet on that!
