We hope you have a handful of rice at the ready because we’ve got some nuptial news that is guaranteed to bring some cheer to your Monday morning! Funny man and SNL alum Andy Samberg and indie, harp-wielding songstress Joanna Newsom are officially hitched! Over the weekend, the couple said “I do” in Big Sur (seems to be the popular celeb destination these days, eh?), for what we’re sure was a gorgeous backdrop to reciting some hilarious and tear-inducing vows.
Last February, Andy Samberg put a ring on it (which calls to mind his knee-slapping Beyoncé sketch performance) after five years of dating his songbird girlfriend. And while we’re sure our invite got lost in the mail, we’re still jumping for joy and cheering mazel tov for these adorable newlyweds.
